No payment is required to submit a request. Once the design and price are agreed, we’ll send you an invoice for 50% down and remaining due before shipping. 

We will provide a photo rendering of the design before we move forward with the 50% down payment.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit.  If item is defected, a refund will be provided.

Final sale items are not returnable. Sale items and items discounted 20% or more are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
